How it works

A guidebook ready to share in minutes

Start from a template, fill in what matters, share the link. The guidebook is built section by section, no technical skill required.

01

Pick a template

Home, vehicle, equipment… The guidebook starts with the right sections already in place, ready to adapt.

02

Fill in the sections

Check-in, Wi-Fi, how-to, rules, contacts, local tips: each section has its own form, you only write the content.

03

Add photos, videos and documents

A photo of the parking, a walkthrough video, the rules as a PDF: everything fits into the guidebook.

04

Share the link or QR code

Send the link before arrival, or print the poster with the QR code to display on site.

05

The guest opens it from their phone

They scan, they browse, they find everything — no account, no app to install.

06

Update it whenever you need

A new code, a changed instruction: you edit the guidebook, the link and QR code stay the same.

A guidebook created once can be reused, duplicated for another rental and updated continuously — the shared link never changes.

Why a digital guidebook

Fewer questions, a better guest experience

The same questions come back with every rental. A digital guidebook answers them once and for all, and makes your guest feel expected.

No more repeated questions

Code, Wi-Fi, bins, hours, where to park: the answer is already in the guidebook, available around the clock.

One guidebook for any rental

Holiday home, car, equipment, venue: the same tool, with the sections tailored to each use.

No app, available everywhere

The guest opens the guidebook in their browser, from any phone. Nothing to download, nothing to create.

Always up to date

You change one detail, it is instantly current for everyone. No more outdated PDFs or conflicting messages.

The digital guidebook: the manual for your rental

A digital guidebook gathers, on a single web page, everything your guest needs to know to enjoy the property you hand over: how to get in, how to use it, who to contact if something goes wrong. It replaces the binder left on the table, the PDF emailed and lost, and above all the back-and-forth messages that come back with every rental.

At Booloopay, this guidebook is not limited to homes. The same tool describes a holiday flat, a rental car, professional equipment or a reception venue — only the sections change. You build it once, share it with a link or a QR code, and the guest reads it from their phone without installing anything.

What is a digital guidebook?

It is a set of sections — check-in, Wi-Fi, how-to, rules, contacts, local tips, documents — that you fill in like a form. Each section can hold text, photos, a video and downloadable files. Together they form a clear page, in your style, accessible in one tap.

Unlike a PDF or a paper binder, a digital guidebook is alive: you edit it at any time, and the version your guest sees is always the latest one. The link and the QR code never change.

For every rental, not just homes

A holiday-home owner puts in the key-box code, the Wi-Fi password, how the heating works and the recycling rules. A car rental agency describes vehicle pick-up, refuelling, roadside assistance and return. An equipment renter explains setup, safety and maintenance. A venue gathers access, rules and technical contacts.

In every case the logic is the same: the guest receives something they don't know, and the guidebook is the manual that lets them use it on their own, without calling you. That is why Booloopay designed the guidebook as a generic tool, with ready-made templates for each type of rental.

Fewer questions, a better experience

"What's the code?", "the Wi-Fi isn't working", "where are the bins?", "how do I turn on the hob?": these questions come back with every rental, often at the worst moment. By answering them once in the guidebook, you save time and avoid bad surprises.

For the guest, the effect is immediate: they feel expected, they find everything without having to ask, and their stay or rental starts well. That first impression is what shows up in reviews and brings guests back.

One link, one QR code, one printable poster

The guidebook is shared in two complementary ways. Before arrival, you send the link by email or message so the guest can prepare. On site, a poster with a QR code — which Booloopay generates and lays out for you — lets them find the guidebook by scanning, with nothing to look for.

The guest needs nothing but their phone: no account, no app, no password. They scan, the guidebook opens, they have the answer.
