It replaces the binder left on the table, the PDF emailed and lost, and above all the back-and-forth messages that come back with every rental.

What is a digital guidebook?

It is a set of sections — check-in, Wi-Fi, how-to, rules, contacts, local tips, documents — that you fill in like a form. Each section can hold text, photos, a video and downloadable files. Together they form a clear page, in your style, accessible in one tap.

Unlike a PDF or a paper binder, a digital guidebook is alive: you edit it at any time, and the version your guest sees is always the latest one. The link and the QR code never change.

For every rental, not just homes

A holiday-home owner puts in the key-box code, the Wi-Fi password, how the heating works and the recycling rules. A car rental agency describes vehicle pick-up, refuelling, roadside assistance and return. An equipment renter explains setup, safety and maintenance.
